Rose Valley Water Company values the health and well–being of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring reports on the Coronavirus (COVID – 19) to better understand how it will be continuing to affect our communities, customers, and employees. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC), as well as local, state, and federal guidelines and recommendations on steps that we can all take to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
At the Arizona Corporation Commission’s and our Federal Government’s request, we are limiting our employees’ interactions with the general public and have requested that employees with underlying health issues or school-age children, at home, to stay at home for the safety of all involved, during this time. Our employees have been instructed on the proper hygiene and disinfection methods to protect themselves as well as others that they may come into contact with.
We are taking steps to ensure the continued delivery of safe drinking water to your homes, the availability of emergency on-call personnel and the intent to continue to provide customer service for our customers. During this time, we have customer service personnel who are working remotely and will only be able to communicate via email instead of by telephone. Our 24-hour call center agents have been instructed to acquire a phone number and email address, to facilitate the best possible and most expedient way to answer your questions, manage your account changes, and start/stop service for customers moving in or out of homes in our service area. Our 24-hour call center will also continue to cover emergencies and dispatch on-call technicians for those situations, as usual.
Customer service personnel will continue to monitor calls/emails Monday – Thursday, 9am-4pm. However, we ask that our customers limit their inquiries to urgent matters only. If you do leave a message for a customer service representative to get back to you, please be patient and check your email regularly, as an email may be the only way to communicate with and get back to you, to help you with your needs.
We are all in this together and we, at Rose Valley Water Co, commit to continue to do our part to help protect our customers, employees, and communities, during these unprecedented times, to bring the best resolution to the current health crisis facing all of us.
